Company Policy

Returns or Exchanges:

(no returns on any electrical parts)
Shear/ Scissors may be exchanged for differant pair of equal value if returned within 15 days of invoice date.
Returned items or Exchanged items must be in good condition, undamaged in any way. All returns or exchanges must have all associated paper work ,tags, case or other items included along with originall packaging.
Products returned damaged or abused in any way will be refused with no refund and return to customer.

Mail-In Service:

  • Payment required with all orders unless other arrangements are made.
  • Pay Pal invoice will be sent to you proir to returning items.
  • Order will not be processed until payment is received, unless other wise discussed.
  • Return shipping and handling will be added to all orders.
  • Illinios Residents sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders except labor only work preformed.
  • No additional insurance will be added unless specified other than shipping tracking #
  • All checks need to clear bank prior to any return shipping.
  • Credit card payment can be maide Visa, Discover, Mastcard
  • All sharpening order over $90 will receive FREE return shipping 
  • All repairs will be quoted with return shipping added unless other wise discussed

Sharpening Services:
We stand behind our sharpening 100%. Any item that you may not be “HAPPY” with can be returned to us and we will resharpen that item at no addition cost. There is no refund for any sharpening performed as this is labor. Return shipping charges will not apply on any rework done.
